SHIPPING, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND MORE

Lifetime Guarantee

If at anytime the construction of your EncoreWrap™ fabric bag or square fails to live up to the use for which it is intended (ie wrapping gifts), then–as long as I’m still making these–please let me know.

We’ll arrange for you to send it back to me and I’ll repair it for you so you can keep rewrapping.

Shipping will be up to you, but I will repair, exchange or replace it for free, at my discretion.

Colour Variations

Please keep in mind that colours on screens and devices may vary and, as such, actual product colours may appear slightly different in person.

Returns & Exchanges

If you aren’t happy with anything you purchase from me, please send an email to me at hello@encorewrap.com and let’s make it right.

Brand new, unopened items in resell-able condition may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense.

Custom items, personalized items and sale items are not eligible for return.

Custom Orders

Custom orders can take 4 – 6 weeks to complete. This process will depend on how long we take to decide what fabrics, colours etc you want to use. Due to the unique nature of custom orders, they cannot be returned: all custom orders are final.

Shipping

Shipping costs are Flat Rate and will be calculated at checkout. All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario via Canada Post.

Please allow 3–5 days for regular orders to ship. All orders are sent via Standard Mail, without tracking or insurance unless those options are selected during checkout. If you want something faster, please email me and I’ll provide you with alternative options.

Orders can take up to a week to arrive in Canada and up to two weeks in the US. Other places will take longer. While I do my best to get your order out in a timely manner, delays with the Postal Service are out of my control.

Orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses are the responsibility of the buyer. Always verify the shipping address prior to checkout.

While I pack everything very carefully, I am unable to control how packages are handled once they leave my hands. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours so that I can work with you to fix the issue.

If you pay by PayPal please note that orders will not ship until PayPal verifies that the payment is cleared. This often adds additional processing time to any orders placed through PayPal.

International Orders

I am happy to send you items anywhere in the world; however, import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping of the item. Added international fees are your responsibility.

Copyright & Ownership

All photos (except those given to me to use a custom piece), designs, including fabric bags and squares are owned by me, Cheryl Rutherford. I spend a lot of time creating these items. I retain all rights to these and any custom work.

Artwork, photos, custom, incomplete or finished EncoreWrap™ items may not be reproduced, resold, or used in any form without written consent. You are granted permission to share these bags and wraps with friends and family and other acquaintances.

If I make you a custom EncoreWrap™, I reserve the right to reproduce the project for myself or for sale on the EncoreWrap™ website unless expressly discussed otherwise. I may use a photo of the completed custom project for marketing and as an example of a custom project.

EncoreWrap™, reduce reuse rewrap, reWrap, the bag with the built-in bow, fabric gift bags and squares are all phrases I use to describe my wares.
